How do I join the Vettsy Rewards Program?
You can join by clicking the "JOIN NOW" button at the top of this page, or you can click the pink gift button on the left of the screen. It’s completely free to join!
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for every dollar you spend on Vettsy.com. Additionally, you can earn bonus points by following us on social media (Instagram/Facebook), writing reviews, and even just for celebrating your birthday! Check the "Ways to Earn" section in the Rewards panel for full details.
When will my points appear in my account?
Points for placing an order will appear in your account once your order status is "Paid" or "Fulfilled". Points for other activities (like following Instagram) are usually awarded immediately.
How do I redeem my points?
Log in to your account and click on the "Ways to redeem" button. If you have enough points, you can click "Redeem" to exchange them for a cash coupon or a specific product. You will receive a unique code to use at checkout.
Can I combine my reward points with other discount codes?
No. Per Shopify’s rules, only one discount code can be applied per checkout. You cannot combine a rewards coupon with other promotional codes.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. We will email you a reminder before they expire so you don't miss out!
What happens to my points if I return an order?
If you return an item or cancel an order, the points you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance.
I redeemed a coupon but didn’t use it. Is it lost?
Don't worry! If you redeemed a code but didn't use it at checkout, the code is still valid. You can find it again in the "Ways to redeem" panel.
