Shipping & Return
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Love, love, loved, everything about this box! The charms, stickers, nail art design that were in the box are absolutely fab! I love luminescent and there were sooooo many included, can’t wait to see what’s in store for next Halloween.
This was part of the very first order I've made with Vettsy and I am thoroughly impressed. Just the sheer number of items, along with the various TYPES of ites, polishes, toys, stickers, tools, even a stamping plate!! Just an abundance of fabulosity. Even the packaging was themed!! cobwebs, spiders, and this box was packed up snug as a bug, no space was left empty. I will be turning to Vettsy more in the future for sure.
This box came with sooo much stuff. I am so happy to have it. I absolutely love the solid gels for nail art. I definitely will be buying more. All the things it came with were perfect for the season and exactly the kinds of things i was hoping for. I am obsessed with the Glow in the Dark Cat Eye polish 😍😍 a double special effect is so cool.
This is the first Halloween mystery box I have gotten so I wasn't sure what the expect. It has everything I'll need to do spooky nails for the spooky season. So many goodies and reasonably priced.
I was in awe when I opened my box. Everything was perfect and so cute. I love all the different charms and foils. The glow in the dark stickers are so adorable, I can't wait to use them. The nail colors are fantastic and ready for Spooky season!
