Ordering & Payment

"Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?"

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of payment. Once an order has been shipped or entered the shipping process, we may no longer be able to change or cancel it

“What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?”

Please email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. We can only update the address if the order has not entered the shipping process.

Please note: Vettsy is not responsible for undeliverable or missing packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information.

“What payment methods does Vettsy accept?”

Currently we accept Credit Card Payments, Paypal, Affirm and Sezzle. We are sorry that we don't accept cash on delivery.

"I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?"

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, contact us at [email protected] with the name and email address used for the order.

Shipping & Delivery

"Where does Vettsy ship from?"

The shipping method depends on your location and which warehouse your order is dispatched from:

For US Orders: Packages shipped from our US warehouse are handled directly by USPS. If dispatched from our China warehouse, they are shipped via our trusted logistics partners (like TAKESEND or YunExpress) and handed over to local couriers (USPS, GOFO, SPEEDX, or UDS) after customs clearance.

For International Orders (Outside the US): We automatically select the fastest and most suitable carrier for your specific region (such as DHL, PostNL, etc.). Once your package clears customs, it is typically handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

“Do you ship worldwide?”

Yes! We ship to most countries in the world!

To determine if we ship to your country, enter your address in Checkout to see if there are available shipping options. Or you can contact [email protected] to let us check for you.

“How much does shipping cost?”

We offer Free Shipping to most countries on orders over $42.99. For other orders, shipping costs are based on the order total:

*Mini orders under $24.99: $9.99 shipping fee.
*Orders between $24.99 and $42.99: $7.99 shipping fee.

Please note: For select remote regions, a higher minimum order value ($65.99 or $99.99) is required to qualify for free shipping. Please refer to our Price Table/Shipping Policy for specific requirements for your location.

"Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?"

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may vary by country or region. Vettsy is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes charged after the order has shipped.

"How do I track my Vettsy order?"

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and the link to the tracking site when your package is shipped out.

To track your order, please go to https://www.17track.net. Enter your tracking number, and you can track your order. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam/junk folder, ensure your inbox isn't full, and verify that the email address provided at checkout is correct.

“How long does Vettsy shipping take?”

Shipping times depend on your location and the dispatch warehouse:

*US Orders (from our US warehouse): Usually delivered within 1 week.
*US Orders (from our China warehouse): Usually arrive in 2 weeks or less. (Note: Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer.)
*International Orders (Outside the US): Typically take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Once your package is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link so you can follow its journey.

Please note: Occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance processes or peak sale seasons, which are unfortunately out of our control. We appreciate your patience.

"Why is my tracking information not updating?"

Please don't worry! After your package leaves our warehouse, it typically takes 1-3 business days for the carrier to process and scan the shipping label. Once scanned, the tracking system will update.

If your tracking hasn't updated after a week, please contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly investigate any delays or tracking number changes for you.

"Does Vettsy offer shipping protection?"

Yes. Vettsy offers optional Shipping Protection at checkout. It helps prioritize solutions if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit. If you choose not to add shipping protection, we will still assist you, but the carrier investigation process may take longer.

"Why does my tracking say “Delivered” but I cannot find my package?"

Please first check:

*Your mailbox, porch, side door, front desk, parcel locker, or building reception.
*Your family members, roommates, neighbors, or building management.
*Whether the shipping address on your order was complete and correct.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact [email protected]. Depending on the situation, we may need official carrier documents, a loss certificate, a police report, or delivery-related evidence to help file a claim.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

"What is Vettsy’s return policy?"

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

"Which items are not returnable?"

The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund:

Press-on Nails
Vettsy Boxes
Lucky Bags
Clearance or Sale items

"How do I request a return?"

Please email [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your return request.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

"Who pays for return shipping?"

For returns due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong item, ordering duplicates, or no longer wanting the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

Please contact us before sending your return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

"When will I receive my refund?"

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order received free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by Vettsy may be deducted from your refund, depending on the return reason and order situation.

It may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

"What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong item?"

Please contact [email protected] as soon as possible with:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos of the issue
A photo of the shipping label and package, if available
A brief description of the problem

Our support team will review the case and provide assistance. Vettsy’s policy states that damaged, defective, or missing item requests should include order details and clear photos for review.

"Can I exchange an item?"

For product issues caused by our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

For exchanges due to personal preference, such as choosing a different color or style, the customer is responsible for return shipping and the shipping fee for the new package.

Discounts, Rewards & Promotions

"How do I use a discount code?"

Enter your discount code at checkout before completing payment. If the code is valid and the products are eligible, the discount will be applied automatically.

"Why is my discount code not working?"

Common reasons include:

The code has expired.
The code was entered incorrectly.
The item is excluded from discounts.
The order does not meet the minimum requirement.
Another discount has already been applied.
The product is already on sale or part of a special promotion.

Some kits, clearance items, and Vettsy Boxes may not be eligible for discount codes.

"I didn't get the points for my order, what should I do?"

Reward points are automatically calculated and added to your account when you log in before checking out. If you forgot to log in or placed an order before creating an account, please contact us at [email protected]. We will gladly check your order and manually add the missing points.

Please note: We can only retroactively add points for orders placed within the current calendar year (e.g., orders placed in 2026).

"How do I use my points at checkout?"

It’s easy! Just follow these quick steps to redeem your points for free products or coupons:

1. Log In: Click the gift box icon on our homepage to sign in to your rewards account.
2. Redeem Points: Go to the "Loyalty Hub" on your account page and scroll down to the Points Shop (or Redeem Points section). Choose your desired reward and click redeem to get your special code.
3. Add to Cart:
*For Free Products: Search for that exact item on our site and add it to your cart.
*For Discount Coupons: Shop as usual and add your favorite items to your cart.
4. Checkout: Enter your redeemed code at checkout to apply your discount or get your product completely free!

"Are Vettsy products vegan and cruelty-free?"

Yes, absolutely! We are proud to say that all Vettsy products are 100% cruelty-free and vegan. We never test on animals and do not use any animal-derived ingredients.

"Do Vettsy gel polishes need a UV or LED lamp?"

Yes! Unlike regular nail polish, all of our gel polishes and gel products require curing with a UV/LED nail lamp.

“Why does the color I received look different from the website pictures?”

We photograph all our actual products, but slight color variations can happen. Here is why:

Screens & Lighting: Colors may display slightly differently depending on your phone or computer screen settings.

Bottle Labels: Due to printing limitations, the color sticker on some bottle may not perfectly match the gel inside. Please apply the gel to a nail/swatch stick to see its true, beautiful shade.

Cat Eye Gels: The final color and look depend heavily on how you use the magnetic wand. Most of our website photos of the cat eye gels feature a "wide cat eye" effect. Please use a magnet to activate the effect and reveal the accurate color.

“Can I apply Vettsy gel polish directly to my natural nails?”

Yes, all Vettsy's gel polishes can be applied to the natural nails. However, for a longer-lasting manicure and to protect your natural nails from staining, we highly recommend properly prepping your nails and applying a layer of Base Coat before your colored gel.

"Why does my cat eye effect look dull or fade away?"

To achieve a bright cat eye effect, try these pro tips:

Cure Immediately: Magnetic particles can sink or disperse quickly. Always cure the gel immediately after using the magnet. We highly recommend doing one nail at a time.

Layering: Apply a slightly thicker layer of the cat eye gel, or use a colored gek underneath to make the cat eye effect pop.

Magnet Technique: Hold the magnet very close to the nail(do not touch the nail) and gently move it back and forth a few times to gather the magnetic powders tightly for a brighter look.

"Why does my gel polish still feel sticky after curing? Is it not fully dry?"

Please Don't worry. That stickiness is a completely normal "tacky layer" that acts like double-sided tape to help your next coat of polish adhere perfectly. You can apply your top coat directly over this sticky layer. If you are finished with your manicure, simply wipe the stickiness away using a lint-free wipe and a little rubbing alcohol.

"Can I mix cat-eye pigment with regular nail polish?"

We do not recommend it. Regular nail polish air-dries very quickly, meaning it will likely dry during the mixing or application process. This won't leave you enough time to use a magnet to create the cat-eye design before the polish sets.

Pro Tip: For the best results, always mix magnetic pigments exclusively with gel polish. Gel gives you plenty of time to perfect your magnetic design before curing it under a UV/LED lamp.

"Where can I find the MSDS sheets of your gel polishes?"

You can easily view and download the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for our products. If you have any further questions regarding our products or ingredients, please feel free to contact our customer service team at [email protected].

"Why does my chrome peel off quickly even with a top coat?"

Chrome powder needs extra protection! We highly recommend the "Sandwich Method" for a long-lasting finish. Just follow these steps:

1. Apply a no-wipe top coat and cure for 30 seconds (this helps the chrome adhere perfectly).

2. Rub the chrome powder on, then use a dust brush to remove any excess. Then lightly file the free edge of your nail.

3. Apply a layer of Base Coat and cure (this "sandwiches" the powder in).

4. Finally, seal the nail with your Top Coat and cure completely.

"Why is my gel polish peeling off quickly?"

Premature peeling is usually caused by improper nail prep. To ensure a long-lasting manicure, please follow these essential steps:

Buff to a Matte Finish: Gently buff the surface of your natural nails until there is no shine left. This helps the base coat adhere properly.

Cleanse Thoroughly: Wipe the nails with alcohol to remove all dust, oils, and debris.

Prep the Cuticles: Clean and remove any dead skin around the cuticles. If gel touches your skin or cuticles during application, it will cause lifting.

"Why do my glitter and cat-eye gels seem thick? Is this normal?"

Yes, this is completely normal.

Why it's thicker: These formulas are packed with varying sizes of glitter, magnetic particles, and sometimes beautiful opal flakes. Because these dense elements are mixed directly into the gel base, the consistency naturally becomes thicker than standard polishes.

Application Tip: This thicker texture won't affect usability. Simply pick up a small amount of product on your brush, avoid overloading it, and apply the gel slowly and evenly to the nails. For better coverage, you can easily build it up by applying a second thin coat.
