There are two options: One-time option and Subscription option.
For one-time option, it does not auto renew. For subscription box, you will be billed for your first box immediately when you sign up. After the first month, the subscription will auto renew and you will be billed on the 11th of each subsequent month until you cancel your subscription.

First box ships within 1-3 business days. Subsequent boxes will be processed within 3 business days after charge date.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
1-3 weeks for United States, Australia, and most of European countries;
2-5 weeks for Canada, Russia, Italy, France, Spain, Israel, Philippines, and some other countries.

Monthly box: 10th of that month 11:59 PM EST.
If you subscribe after the cutoff date, you will be receiving your box for the following month.

If you don’t want to get products you already had or items you don’t like in the box, please leave a note when you check out. We will try our best to let your wish come true!

Yes! You may cancel your subscription through your account portal or by emailing service@vettsy.com.
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, please do so before next billing date to avoid additional charges.

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges for Vettsy Box. Exchanges or replacement items are considered on a case by case basis due to damage in shipment.
