1. Order Verification & Processing

Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Processing begins promptly, so please check your details right away.

12-Hour Window for Changes: If you discover an error in your shipping address, item quantity, or item choice, please contact service@vettsy.com within 12 hours of payment. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Notification: Once your package is dispatched (typically within 3 business days), you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Missing Confirmation Emails? If you haven't received an email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder. If you realize you provided the wrong email address, contact us with your full name, shipping address, and phone number. Our team will help locate your order and update your contact information.

  • Shipping Fees: We offer Free Shipping on orders over $42.99 to most countries. For select remote regions, a minimum order of $65.99 or $99.99 is required to qualify for free shipping. Please refer to the table below for the specific requirements for your location.

3. Carriers & Logistics

We select the most efficient carrier based on package weight, size, and destination.

Shipping Warehouse & Carriers: The orders placed on our Shopify store are shipped from our China Warehouse via USPS, GOFO Express, Speedx Express, UPS, Singapore Post, or DHL, etc. If you would like more specific details regarding the local carrier handling your package, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team at service@vettsy.com.

Split Shipments: For faster logistics or weight restrictions, your order may arrive in separate packages. There is no additional cost for this.

P.O. Boxes & Freight Forwarders: We do not recommend shipping to P.O. Boxes, as some specialized carriers cannot deliver to them, and delivery often takes longer. We do not accept freight forwarder addresses; orders sent to these locations are not eligible for replacements or compensation if delivery fails.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Vettsy is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred once the items have shipped. By purchasing, you consent that your package(s) may incur customs fees upon arrival.

Our Experience: While duties vary by country, most of our international packages do not encounter additional customs fees during clearance. For region-specific inquiries, contact us at service@vettsy.com.

5. Estimated Shipping Times

United States: About 2 weeks or sooner.

UK, Australia, Canada, Italy, France, Spain, & most European countries: 2–3 weeks.

Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Mexico, Israel, Philippines: 2–4 weeks.

Note: These estimates do not include the 2–5 day processing time. Deliveries may be affected by customs, holidays, ground transportation strikes, or regional instability. Vettsy is not liable for external delays or additional customs fees/back-end charges.

6. Shipping Protection 

We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to ensure your order is prioritized for solutions if it is lost, damaged, or stolen.

①. Report the Issue

We rely on official carrier tracking information to determine package status.

  • If tracking status shows your package is Lost, Damaged, or Stuck(no updates for a long period), please feel free to contact us at service@vettsy.com.

  • We promise a response within 24 hours.

. "Delivered" but Missing Packages

If tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please:

Check with your family, roommates, or neighbors.

Contact your building management or front desk.

Check hidden spots (porches, side doors, or behind plants).

If you have completed the above steps and are still unable to locate your package, please contact our support team at service@vettsy.com. Because we cannot verify these situations based on a description alone, you must provide one of the following documents to file a claim:

  • A Loss Certificate issued by the local logistics company.

  • A Police Report for suspected theft.

  • Security/Doorbell Camera Footage showing the theft or a missed delivery attempt.

③. Orders Without Shipping Protection

If you opt out of protection, we will still assist you, but the process is longer:

  • We must launch a formal investigation with the carrier, which typically takes 3–4 weeks.

  • Resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis only after the carrier’s investigation is finalized.

Vettsy is not responsible for undeliverable or missing packages due to missing/incomplete or incorrect address information. Please double-check your details when checking out! If an error is caught before shipping, email us immediately at service@vettsy.com. We can only update the address if the package has not yet entered the shipping process.
